Atami Reservation Policy
for Hibachi
Due
to the operational and logistic difficulties involved with Hibachi
style cooking, we regrettably implement the following measures
to ensure the highest level of dining experience for our guests:
1. We will reserve only parties of four or more on weekends
and holidays and the guests will not be seated until two thirds
of the party is present. A courtesy confirmation phone call
will be made prior to your arrival.
2. We will hold reservations for 15 minutes and if necessary
reduced seating will be arranged if the full party fails to
arrive within the 15 minute grace period.
3. We kindly request that a minimum of two thirds of the reserving
party for Hibachis be confirmed at the time the Hibachi reservation
is made.
4. The party room will be reserved for parties of 16 or more
and the room will be shared by others if there are fewer than
16 people present at the time dinner orders are taken.
5. We kindly request that all cancellations be made three hours
prior to the reservation time.
6. We kindly request that all split tickets be kept to a minimum
to ensure the highest level of the guest experience.
7. There are always at least
two Hibachi tables open for our walk in guests that can accomodate
a total of 22 people.
8. Due to the nature of Hibachi seating, you will definitely
make new friends at each dinner!
Thank you for your understanding!
